AEI Values and Principles

The Mission Statement of Attleboro Enterprises, Incorporated (AEI) is based on Values and Principles that affirm:

• AEI services and supports shall be offered in a manner that enhances the dignity of each person served through participation in valued community roles;
• AEI services and supports shall be provided in the very same settings available to any other member of the community;
• Each person with his/her family/guardian has the right to determine his/her own personal goals and the organization's services shall be individualized to promote achievement of those goals;
• AEI shall offer a network of resources and affiliates that meets the needs of persons served;
• AEI services and supports shall be offered in a manner that recognizes and promotes each individual's unique abilities and talents;
• AEI services and supports shall recognize and respect the ethnic, religious, cultural and sexual orientation diversity of each person served.
