Employment Services
Attleboro Enterprises Inc. is a participating provider of the Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES) program with referrals from the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commision (MRC) and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Competitive Integrated Employment refers to a workplace where a person with a disability earns at least minimum wage, works with people without disabilities, and has the same pay, benefits, and opportunities for promotion as workers without disabilities.
If you would like to be a part of the CIES program, please contact your local MRC office or DDS to request a meeting.

Pre-Employment Transition Services
Attleboro Enterprises Inc.’s Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program provides pre-vocational classroom training and real work experience to high school aged students referred by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission through their school. This program aims to prepare students for successful community employment after school.
Pre-ETS is comprised of three components:
- Work readiness training in a classroom-style environment
- Work-based learning experience-community based internships
- Job exploration counseling
